Property Rental Services

  • Visit your property to check firstly whether it is suitable for holiday rental
  • Take digital photographs if owner cannot provide
  • Owner should provide us with an inventory of the property
  • Owner must agree to register the property for rental with local authorities in Montenegro
  • Owner should provide us with a description of your property and local amenities
  • Owner must appoint an English speaking management company or responsible individual to look after their property (if not MPM).  We require this contact information
  • Owner must have a lockable storage cupboard for changeover linen / towels inside
  • Advise on basic items which are required for rentals (i.e. linen, appliances)
  • Manage all booking queries and all bookings (that MPM take)
  • Take care of deposit and local authority requirements as part of our 'Meet and Greet' service
  • Take care of keys and guests as part of our 'Meet and Greet' service
  • Take care of cleaning and laundry as part of our 'Changeover' service
