In the case that you do not have all the relevant documents relating to your property, we can assist in obtaining them.  For example, if you have not received an ownership list, we can apply for this on your behalf.  The cost of this service will depend on time.

Also, we can help to investigate any issues with local authorities.  You do not have to be our property management customer for us to provide this service.
