Our Basic Service includes :
Property Checks
We provide fortnightly visits to your property to check everything is in order, with extra checks during inclement weather.
We will ensure that your property's doors, windows, shutters are secure. All applicances and services will be checked to ensure they are fully operational. Your property will be aired, any indoor plants watered, and checks for leaks or infestation.
Key Holding
We will hold sets of keys for your property. These keys can me made available to you or your guests or for any other approved access.
Mail Collection or Forwarding
We can collect bills for you, or forward to your overseas address.
Communication / Reporting
We will deliver to you by email or post, a monthly report on your property. This will reassure you of the condition of your property, and will advise you of any repair or maintenance that may be required. Digital photographs will accompany this report.

Lock change/fitting
One of the first things you should do when you have purchased or renovated, is to change or fit new locks.
Insurance
We can organise building and contents Insurance for your property.
Bill Registration
We can assist you in transferring bills to your name once your property is purchased.
