'Meet & Greet'

  • Meet guests at your property or at a landmark nearby, and introduce them to your property
  • Ensure your guests are familiar with the use of all appliances, hot water boiler, air conditioning etc
  • Provide a local contact number in case of emergency.  In the case of a problem with the property, the Property-Management agent will be contacted (if not MPM)
  • Ensure the tourist registration procedure is adhered to in each apartment, and that the authorised apartment booklets are completed
  • Advise guest on how to register guests with local police / local authorities (distribute appropriate forms to guests)
  • Collect tourist tax from guests or owners on behalf of local authorities, and pay to local authorities
