Letting Service

The demand for long term lets in Montenegro in slowly increasing.  We list any properties that are available for long term letting on our sister Holiday Rentals web-site www.MontenegroHolidayRentals.com, and occasionally approach owners when we have specific enquiries.

We are not a local letting agency.  We only deal with lets for professionals who are typically working on projects in Montenegro or have relocated to Montenegro.

We draw up a contract between owner and tenant.  It is up to the owner whether they want the contract stamped in local court of Montenegro.  A lawyer or someone with Power of Attorney would then need to do this.

It is the responsibility of owner to take care of tax declarations.  Rental registration is not required for long-term letting.
