Insurance

MPM can organise Insurance or an insurance quotation with the local insurance company 'Lovcen' insurance.  You do not have to be our property management customer for us to provide this service.

At least one visit to your property with the insurance representative is required and various forms need to be completed.  The property is checked and photographs are taken before the insurance policy is issued.

We can also renew existing insurance policies.  Owners will be advised when they should renew their policy.  The insurance company values the property on a rebuild cost per meter squared.  For example, a rebuild cost of €800.00 per meter squared.

The basic insurance cover, includes the following primary risks.

  • Fire and lightening stroke
  • Explosion
  • Storm
  • Hail
  • Crash of one's own motor vehicle, or movable operating machine into the insured object
  • Aircraft fall
  • Manifestations and demonstrations

Optional covers include:

  • Flood, flow and high water
  • Landslide and landslip
  • Sagging
  • Avalanche
  • Drainage (leakage)
  • Water damage from installations
  • Spontaneous combustion of stocks
  • Escape of incandescent liquid melted mass
  • Crash of an unknown motor vehicle into the insured object
  • Earthquake
