Bill Registration

MPM can register the property bills in your name after you purchase a property.  You do not have to be our property management customer for us to provide this service.

There are 5 bills which need to be registered - Land tax, property tax, electricity, water and refuse.  Telephone and cables bills are applicable only if they are installed.  Since mid 2008, there is also a TV license, which should be paid.  This appears on your electricity bill.

It is worth noting that bills cannot be registered in your name until the debt of the previous owner is cleared.  This is something that should be taken care of during the purchase of your property. We can inform you immediately if any debts exist for previous owner.  In the case of new-builds, the developer must complete all the paper work and payments for the installation of utilities before an owner can be registered. Again, this is something that we can have been done.
